Frequently asked questions & answers
Can’t find the answer to your question? You can always Contact Our Team of Experts for a chat!
Where does glass matting fit into your range?
We supply glass fibre matting used in sectional repairs and short‑length linings, offering high strength and good load transfer when combined with the right resin system.
What’s the advantage of glass over traditional felt for patches?
Glass fibre patches deliver a high‑strength, thin‑wall repair, which is ideal when you need structural performance without significantly reducing bore or creating a soft spot in the line.
Do you offer glass matting for 90‑degree bends and tricky geometry?
Yes, we carry multi‑axial glass systems and specialist packers designed to patch around bends, giving wrinkle‑free repairs in typical 100–200 mm domestic and light commercial lines.
Can you advise on resin choice to pair with your glass matting?
We’ll look at the host pipe, service type and cure method, then match a silicate or other suitable resin to get a durable, leak‑tight repair that actually bonds properly to the glass.
